Derash & Patvic Welding Academy (D & P) Ltd. has been incorporated in Nigeria since December 2005.
We are a welder training academy, located in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State of Nigeria and specialized in custom welding training courses, for career oriented individuals as well as government, companies and non-governmental organization interested in training persons in the welding industry.

Training Approach:

Derash & Patvic welding academy's unique approach to welder training is based on the developing trends in the welding industry and identifying particular needs and meeting up to these needs through our systematic and strategic training program.

The academy through it's international affiliations with leading welding organizations aims at educating and training individuals in the use and applications of welding skills and technologies; develop & welding training and educational materials and conduct research in the field of welding education.

Derash & Patvic aims at bridging the gap in the welding industry in Nigeria and Africa at large, by providing welder training to career oriented individual, to meet the needs for specialized welding in the country and beyond.

Our training program is specially designed not only to teach welding skills, but also inculcate good work ethics and HSE principles into career oriented welders.
This is achieved through rigorous training planned on an 8hrs shift calender centered on theory and practical aspects on a 6 days a week basis, with attendance mandatory for trainees for best results, as well as evaluation and monitoring purpose.
